Welcome to HomeMade! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of our residential cleaning services in New York. By scheduling a service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

SERVICES PROVIDED
HomeMade provides residential cleaning services, including but not limited to, standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and customized cleaning plans.
Service Areas: Our services are available in [list of service areas within New York]. If your location is outside of our standard service area, additional fees may apply.

APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
Booking: Clients must book services at least 48 hours/4 days in advance.
Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of [$20].
Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment at no additional charge.

PRICING & PAYMENTS
Rates: Prices vary based on the type of cleaning service requested and the size of the home.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via [credit cards, cash, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, etc.].
Late Payments: Payments are due upon service completion. A late fee of [$20] will be applied for payments not received within 2 days.
Recurring Services: Clients opting for recurring cleaning services will be billed automatically unless canceled.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Access to Property: Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team cannot access the home, a lockout fee of [$50] may be charged.
Pre-Clean Preparation: Clients should remove clutter, valuables, and hazardous materials before our cleaners arrive.
Pets: We request that pets be secured during cleaning. Our cleaners are not responsible for pet-related incidents.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE & REFUNDS
Quality Assurance: If you are dissatisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will arrange a re-clean at no additional cost.
Refunds: Refunds are issued at our discretion and only in cases where a re-clean is not feasible.

LIABILITY & DAMAGE POLICY
Breakage or Damage: While we take great care in our work, accidents may occur. Please report any damage within 24 hours. We will evaluate and, if necessary, compensate for damages up to [$100].
Liability Limits: We are not responsible for pre-existing damages, wear and tear, or losses due to faulty surfaces, fixtures, or unsecured items.

INSURANCE & SAFETY
We are fully insured. Our employees follow all necessary safety protocols while working in your home.

TERMINATION OF SERVICES
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service due to unsafe working conditions, non-payment, or repeated cancellations.

PRIVACY POLICY
We respect your privacy and do not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law.

CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
